I'm looking to buy a digital camera with 10MP or more new. I would like to have a speed fast shutter, and it would be great if you could take high definition movies with sound. Resistant to water would also be fantastic. If you know of great digital camera, please let me know!

Take digital pictures underwater (Canon A530)?
I have a digital camera Canon Powershot A530. It is not waterproof, and you can add any extra lenses or accessories such. I can take lots of pictures of nature, and I'm still getting used all that you can do with this camera (it's a bit confusing). With the PowerShot A540, you can get parts for the specific needs are not available with mine. Is there a trick to take a picture of fish or just below the water, without light? "I can not quite platform to reduce brightness? If you have any other tricks to take pictures feel uncomfortable, please feel free to leave well. Thank you.
If I understand correctly, you want to take pictures with a surface of water. The water reflects the light is the light Polarized, If you get a polarizing filter you should be able to get rid of the light. You'll need to rotate the polarizing filter and check in the viewfinder to get results. It also disables the flash pictures through the windows.
